Technician (Full-Time)
Regular Pay Rate: $18-25
As a Technician, you will assist with property restoration projects involving water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. You’ll support lead technicians in the field with demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, and documentation. This is a hands-on role with real opportunities to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with water, mold, fire, and smoke damage restoration
- Drive to and from job sites using a company vehicle
- Help with cleaning, demolition, and equipment setup
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
- Document work performed on-site with clear notes and photos
- Support lead technicians with day-to-day tasks as directed
- Represent the company professionally while on-site and in the field
